Refund policy

Dear Customer,

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you loved our products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return any unused items and we will refund your money. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you received it -  undamaged and unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached and any freebies you received with your order.

To start a return please contact us at contact@myparadox.co.uk  stating you name and order number. Our team will review your request and if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items we will process your return. Please, allow at least 3 working days from the receipt of your items to process your return. After your return is accepted we will notify you by email and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds may take 3-5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

EXEMPTIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
